Adequate training increases the success of your company!

Now more than ever there is a major focus on in-company training. In the past, training was only contemplated in case of restructuring or to occasionally prepare a new assignment for an employee. These days, adequate relevant training is an important aspect of the structural policy. Training with regard to technical knowledge and various forms of policy as well as socially oriented issues prove the importance of the further development of a company in the current economic climate. Even to the extent that the political government has also made its contribution by voting on the Peeters Act.

Officially, the Peeters Act aims for the interprofessional objective of five days of training per fulltime equivalent employee per year. It concerns an average on business level and not per individual. Companies with ten employees or less are exempted; those with eleven to twenty employees get a special tax regime.

Thus far the interpretation of the law. What’s more important, however, is that a stable climate is created where in-company training is an indispensable part of professional life. Knowledge creates quality and has a direct impact on the results. In a performance society and a challenging economic climate, education and training no longer only have an impact on the technical aspect of the job. Social problems can also be supported with the right training.

Of course each sector, and even each company, determines its own training needs. But if the legislator enforces a quota, we might as well fill it in an optimum and relevant way. This is why our SERIS Academy wants to draw up a personal practical training package together with you.

Investing in training is investing in the future

A training programme tailored to your company currently offers the most success.

Training related to:

  • people management,
  • the new dimension first aid (ECC),
  • dealing with various types of aggression,
  • preventing burnout,
  • the new world of virtual reality, reception
  • and communication policy with the dangers of text messaging, e-mail and phone conversations are just a few examples.

Our SERIS Academy strongly invests in the right profiles and trainers to be able to offer these training courses as pleasantly, practically and effectively as possible. We also added another important dimension some time ago to not only be a training centre, but also a knowledge centre.

In this capacity we would be happy to let you know –entirely without obligations- about how we can best inform and guide your company and your employees.
