SERIS Group is pleased to inform you that SERIS is now present on the Polish market thanks to the acquisition of the company KONSALNET.
On 31 May 2019, SERIS finalised the acquisition of 100% of the security activities (excluding cash in transit activities) of KONSALNET, the market leader in Poland with nearly 10% of the market share.
KONSALNET employs 18 500 staff and generates a turnover of more than €200 million. Its activities encompass monitoring services, fire security, remote monitoring, mobile security as well as other complementary services such as cleaning. In joining SERIS, the activities of KONSALNET will therefore reinforce the Group’s expertise.
Bringing our workforce to more than 40,000 employees and a global turnover of more than €700 million, this new acquisition significantly accelerates the international Group’s growth.
