COO Mark Moonen
As chief operational officer for guarding and monitoring, Mark Moonen is responsible for the operational teams and military affairs. With his vast experience in both public and private sectors, strategic orientation and re-orientation and turnaround management, quality control, operations, and logistics, his arrival is a real asset for our company.
I’m really looking forward to starting work with a highly motivated team to tackle the challenging projects for which we are responsible.

CCO Frédéric Devisch
As chief commercial officer, Frédéric Devisch is responsible for sales, marketing, and communication as well as the ongoing strategic development of our integrated security solutions. He has 20 years of experience in commerce, project management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams at companies such as Imec, Barco, and Alstom. Before he joined us, he was business unit director of TranzCom, supplier of critical and protected communication solutions and part of VINCI Energies. He’s had P&L responsibility in the commercial, operational, and support departments. And so, he’s the right man in the right place at SERIS.
I’m looking forward to my new job and I’m pleased to be part of SERIS, one of the major players on the security market and market leader in integrated security solutions and services. Thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of our commercial and operational teams, we’ll work together to extend our present success!
