SERIS Security most attractive security company according to Randstad
SERIS Security has emerged as the most attractive security company from the Randstad Employer Branding Research 2024, outperforming other well-known players such as Securitas, G4S, and Protection Unit. "We are extremely proud and pleased that the dedication and efforts of the past months and years are already translating into this recognition. And this while we still have so many steps to take," says Hans Ternoot, HR Director at SERIS Security.
Relative Attractiveness as a Measure
For this study, Randstad surveyed no fewer than 12,060 students, employees, job seekers, and homemakers between the ages of 18 and 65, asking their opinions about 179 companies with more than 1,000 employees. What makes this result so valuable for SERIS Security is that it is based on relative attractiveness as an employer. This means that only the opinions of respondents who actually know SERIS Security were considered in the results.
SERIS Security in 14th Place in General Ranking
In addition to securing the 1st place in the security sector, SERIS Security also achieved an impressive performance in the general ranking. By placing 14th on the list of the most attractive companies in the country, SERIS Security has demonstrated its strong presence after a brief absence from the TOP 20 over the past two years.

SERIS Security Shows Significant Growth in Attractiveness
In the general ranking of the Randstad Employer Branding Award 2024, the victory went to GSK with a score of 55%, followed by SGS and DPG Media in the top 3. SERIS Security achieved an impressive score of 46.7%, a significant increase compared to the score of 39.6% in the previous year. This growth underscores the increased attractiveness of SERIS Security as an employer.
