PATROL TOURS
The presence of an officer acts as a deterrent. It discourages or prevents burglary or theft.
OPENING AND/OR CLOSING TOURS
This means allowing access, checking who is present, and closing the premises according to agreed procedures. The SERIS Security officer ensures that your location is closed securely and that no else is on the premises. He or she opens the sun blinds and closes the shutters. Finally, your alarm system is switched on.
FIRE PREVENTION TOURS
You don’t need to worry about the fire safety or general safety of your site. Our officer carries out a preventive check of sites which may be vulnerable to fire by means of fire prevention and closure tours.
INTERVENTION AFTER AN ALARM
Our officers respond to each alarm 24/7. They do this with or without access to your building in accordance with instructions. In the event of a false alarm, the SERIS Security officer who responds to the alarm knows how to resolve a problem with the alarm system. This saves you as a business operator and initial contact time, money, and stress. From now on, no one will telephone you in the middle of the night only for you to discover on site that it was a false alarm. Moreover, if there is a break-in, it’s best to let our trained professionals confront the intruder.
