Video Crisis Management takes video verification a step further. After an alarm, the operator will continue to monitor the site according to an agreed upon pattern. He or she does that until the emergency services, the responsible person or the intervention team are on site and in control of the situation.
What does realising this high degree of security mean for you? Simple: we continue to monitor the facts. If the situation escalates, we take appropriate additional steps. The necessary information can be passed on to you, to your designated agent or to the police.
